Come camp at DuPont Bike Retreat and ride your bike into the park with great access to some of the best trails around. Hike or bike to Bridal Veil Falls or easily visit any of the other great falls in the area. There is an outdoor shower with hot water, an indoor bathroom and access to a large porch for gathering. Post-ride you can enjoy the beauty of the forest from the hot tub located behind the lodge. Tent spots are not designated so reach out to us for suggestions and check in. Camper vans are allowed with a maximum length of 20ft.

Hilltop campsites are located at the top of the paved drive, on the left where it turns into gravel.  Each site has a firepit with snuffer lid and grill top, and a shared picnic table.  Firewood is included at no extra charge and can be found in the firewood shelter right there in the parking area.

Our property is 37 acres and includes additional camp spots on the lower property near the pond.  So if the two Hilltop spots are filled, be sure to check those out!  We are also working on private trails on the property to make the short ride to Fawn Lake Access Area even more enjoyable.

We had the place to ourselves on a Monday and Tuesday night. I had the best nap of my life in my van with the doors open while it lightly rained. Peaceful, wooded and a short walk to the bathroom. The two hilltop sites are close together, probably used best by the same group. If your shower is cold, tell Todd because the propane is gone. Don't be like us and take two cold showers. ha! Really nice people and a nice alternate "campground" experience.

We stayed in the top floor of the cabin and it was perfect. Wonderful front porch with swinging chair, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. 2 minutes by bike to Fawn Lake parking lot. Bike wash, hot tub, outdoor shower (in addition to the nice one in the cabin!). It is really a cool place. We will be back in the fall, definitely.

Great location. I stayed in one of the hilltop sites, and was able to plug into a 110V extension cord. The clean bathroom and outdoor shower were appreciated. However, the two hilltop sites were very close together.

We stayed at the Dupont bike retreat for one night and had a great time. The sites were well marked, had picnic tables and a pretty cool fire ring set up. It was really peaceful. It rained the entre time we were there so we we took advantage of the common area for a while. It was perfect, it felt like glamping. We got to meet the couple that runs the place and they were very pleasant an welcoming. We'll be back for sure.

Todd’s space was very serene and private! We loved having access to the bathroom, hot tub and outdoor shower. The hilltop sites were east to access with our Scamp trailer. This location is very close to DuPont, Brevard, and Cedar Mountain has some cute shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
