Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a year round gated secure solo luxury RV site with four additional amenities to rent.  Add any of these units for a one time fee before checking out: The outdoor shelter which is equipped with a grill, bar sink, barstools, and couch. Add the hot tub and outdoor shower with hot water if you wish to enhance your camping experience. Need Wifi? It is available as an extra. Camping with a friend? Add one additional RV in the extra sections before checking out. These additional amenities are all onsite and available for rent in the extras section below. 

We are located only 10 miles to the downtown Asheville, North Carolina area and 8 miles to the Biltmore Estate. This unique year round solo RV site offers full hookups for your rig with firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash, and trash service are always included in your nightly stay. Add EXTRA options below to enhance your stay with a partially covered outdoor living space with a simple outdoor kitchen including barstools, grill, and hot water to wash at the sink. Relax on the covered porch and on those chilly nights warm up with the infrared heater located above the couch. If you so choose, you can add the hot tub and outdoor shower to enjoy. These options are available for rent to enhance your stay. Camping with a friend? No problem, add an extra RV to your booking because this roomy RV site has two full hook ups for two Rigs. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Have a fire in the outdoor fire pit with firewood and kindling provided by your host. Relax by the mountain branch. 

Additionally, we have a bike wash or pet wash included in your nightly rate to use after a day of exploring the Asheville area. This solo RV site is perfect for exploring Asheville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Mills River, Hendersonville and surrounding areas. Nearby are some local Breweries and ice cream shops as well. Enjoy local area mountain hikes, biking trails, and go for a drive or hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway nearby. 

The solo RV site is private and tucked up into the mountain yet conveniently accessible to the main roads in our area. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site.
