Rustic Cabin on Pond

The beauty of the property was so incredibly serene. We loved the coziness of the cabin, the beds were so comfortable and the sounds of the frogs and birds and waking to campfire coffee. The moss garden by the edge of the forest felt incredible on our bare feet. We loved the added amenity of a hot shower, so we’ll done. You can tell the stewards of this land work very hard to care for it all. The walks through forest trails and seeing incredible trees, total peace. Thank you for sharing this land with my family, it made for a fantastic, unplugged family get away.

The cabin was very clean and cozy! Destiny and her husband were very helpful and they gave us a ton of wood for the $5 fee. It wasn't quite as secluded as we would have preferred, but all of the amenities were very much appreciated.

The cabin and property were both clean n beautiful n surpassed our expectations. Ray n Destiny we’re both very nice n super helpful! We had an amazing time and would definitely go back!

We had a great stay in the rustic cabin. Everything was very clean in the cabin, porta-potty and outdoor hot shower. We enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe and relaxed by the fire every evening listening to the bull frogs. So private, peaceful and relaxing!

Wow! We were just simply blown away by the property, cabin, and amenities. We impulsively decided for an unplug weekend and this cabin by the pond was perfection. Destiny was an amazing host and we were pleasantly surprised by how the cabin was stocked with towels/wash cloths, basic grilling tools, disposable cutlery and plates and awesome lanterns. Not to mention kayaks, floaties, games and the best portable shower! Easy to find and Destiny had everything you may have forgotten to pack (paper towels, lighter, fire starter, pencil, etc) we overpacked and still needed some of the supplies the host kindly provides.

Absolutely stunning!! Can’t wait to come again.

Peaceful, beautiful and lots of fun! We had such a blast at the Rustic Cabin on Pond. We loved canoeing, listening to the beautiful sounds of nature and that view was just amazing! The owners are so nice and really take care of the property. Thank you for hosting us, we had such a wonderful time and we cannot wait to come back.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend camping on this beautiful property. The cabin exceeded our expectations in its cleanliness and comfort. We were provided with everything we needed. The portable bathroom and shower were clean and well-stocked. Destiny was a great hostess.
We enjoyed how peaceful it was being right by the pond, but also enjoyed meeting fellow-campers on the other end of the property who were welcoming and enjoyable to be around.
We will definitely be back and will recommend this spot to our friends.
