Quite comfortable. Not as tiny as I expected. Nice property and view. Good host. Tucked away but Dryden Lake, trails, town, and state forest lands are readily accessible. Will likely return.

We love Rick’s tiny house. Such a beautiful setting and the sheep were adorable. The rooster was very prompt (somewhat accurate). All we had to do was ask and Rick was there with anything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

What an awesome experience ! The farm itself is wonderful, the views spectacular and the Rick the host and family were fabulous! Our first time in a Tiny House, it may be small but its accommodating and cozy! The Tiny House was right off the pond, where the Bass kept biting! Our little dogs had so much fun and we were able to relax by our fire pit at night and see a black sky filled with amazing stars!!! 3 days 2 nights of Tranquillity....not enough...we cant wait to go back again for a whole week next year!

Pond fun togetherness! He caught a fish!!! Butler and Daddy outside the Tiny house!

Hosts communicated with us very well. Our youngest daughter fell in love with the chickens! We imagined what our life might be like in a tiny house…grateful for the experience.

We really enjoyed staying in the Tiny House at Underhill! Rick was an awesome host and helped accommodate us when we needed something right away upon arrival. The blueberries were in season and absolutely delicious, and I especially enjoyed lounging on the floating dock on the pond. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Very relaxing.

Had an amazing get away weekend at the tiny house. Rick was a great host and the property is gorgeous! We got to see the chickens and the sheep. There is a great little pond with a paddle boat! So relaxing and fun at the same time.

The tiny house was well equipped (BYOC there is a pot, not a keurig when we went there were filters in the house), there is plenty of room to sleep with an adorable bunk room If you bring the kids (we didn’t). With the high ceilings it didn’t feel tiny at all!

Campfires, outdoor cooking, STARS are incredible, all with a comfy inside bed and door! Take me back!!

We can’t wait to return!

We had such a lovely time at the Tiny House on Underwood Hill. The Tiny House is delightful and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We spent the afternoon swimming and paddling on the pond, followed by dinner and a campfire in the company of many fireflies, and went to sleep to the sounds of the sheep and frogs. What a treat to relax and unwind in such a bucolic spot. I hope we will make it back again before long.
