Nestled down a private dirt road in the forest along a small creek lies an off grid, eco friendly cabin made entirely from timber that came directly from the place it sits and recycled lumber from various Broadway shows. The Record Room has a vast collection of vintage, classic and current vinyl albums that plays solely from solar power. It's audio system delivers the sound on the inside and out for a campfire mood that can't be beat. Our Property is 16 acres with direct access to state land and the monguap river with hundreds of acres woods for you to explore. The river is close enough to be seen and heard from the cabin but the adventure of getting there is half the fun! The Delaware river is only 2 miles from our location and River rafting is a big business around here, A small artesian fed creek runs right next to the cabin and lends to the relaxing sounds of water with a small pond for you to dip your toes into paired with a woodfire tub that runs solely off of river water to help you rinse off. Wildlife can seen and heard all around you. A queen temper-pedic bed and super comfy overstuffed futon will assure a good nights slumber. The Record Rooms' outdoor kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking necessities (I.E. Propane stove, Cast iron frying pans, and utensils). Our outhouse is designed and maintained by the women of the family and great pride is taken in making it favorable experience. The Record Room is heated by a small wood stove for those chilly mornings and nights. If your looking for glamping this your place. A basic convenient store can be located three miles to the right of our property with all your basic needs (including gas). For your grocery shopping, a small family owned market can be found within 10 minutes up the road, lets not forget to mention the various local farmer markets on the weekends. If you're looking for activities, there's plenty of rafting/canoeing/kayaking companies for your enjoyment. do you want to hike instead? we've got you covered. there's numerous trails all in a hop, skip, and a jump! And although you're nestled within the forest, small town living experiences can be all around you.

The Record Room

Had a great stay over the 2023 holidays. We opted for the firewood add-on had had more than we needed. The cabin heats up really well with just the log burner and we had more than enough bedding to stay toasty through the night. Easy to get to and well kept place. We also got great use from record collection. Thoroughly recommend staying

Amazing!!

We had such an amazing time at the Record Room. The land was gorgeous, the outdoor kitchen was so helpful for cooking delicious meals, and the cabin itself was stunning and cozy. Everything exceeded our expectations! We played nearly every record, visited a local haunted trail for Halloween, and had such a wonderful time being unplugged from our busy lives for a weekend. Masen was so helpful and kind, he made sure we had everything we needed for a good stay in the cabin. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we possibly can! We will truly miss this place. Thank you Masen and family ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at the Record Room. The selection of records was such a highlight. The cabin stayed nice and warm with the potbelly stove on a cold rainy day and the upstairs bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful wonderful weekend.

It was fantastic. We loved it so much. The cabin, records, hot tub....all of it was so wonderful. We absolutely loved listening to the records for hours and sitting in the hot tub together under the stars was amazing. We had a beautiful anniversary celebration.
