Cozy couple getaway
We had a fantastic weekend on Eddie’s land!! Gorgeous forest and loved hearing the owls at night. The campsite had everything we needed and more, and we were especially grateful for the platform tent setup since we got some rain and we were very cozy and comfortable in the tent — plus the hot shower + bathroom felt luxurious! Perfect glamping experience, would love to return.

Secluded and comfortable!
Eddie’s land was perfect for a much needed birthday getaway. The tent was spacious, very clean, and had a great setup with some inside chairs, side tables and a basket of little necessities. Even though it rained most of our trip, just hiding away in the cozy tent was one of the best parts of the trip.
There was not one but 2 great sized fire pits. One closer to the tent and one in the middle of the property with a bunch of Adirondack chairs. The bathroom was great (running water is always a win) and the shower, while it was outside, was nice and hot and got the job done. The only thing I will say is to pack light. The walk from the car to the site is around 200 feet but it’s uphill…nothing crazy but definitely a bit of a workout in the rain with firewood/a cooler etc.
Another plus for us is 3 minutes down the road you can get back to real life, grab some pizza or tacos from the local restaurants and snag whatever you may need or want from the gas station or even family dollar. It’s nice being away from the world but also having the ability to get some last minute things or food when the rain won’t let up. We definitely will be staying here again!

Wonderful Time for our Family of 3
Our family of three had a wonderful time at Eddie’s place. It was very clean and so relaxing for our three day stay. The tent was spacious and clean and smelled nice. Easily accessible grill with handy tools available, lawn chairs and fire pit.
Outdoor shower was easy to use, bathroom and sink were convenient and bathroom was clean (just a few friendly tiny spiders which is normal outdoors). The tent area was beautiful at night with the lights! We had a wonderful time!! Would def recommend and return.

Weekend Paradise Getaway
What a fun weekend we had. We got in after dark so we had to navigate finding the road in the dark which was a little hard to do as the driveway in isn’t really marked but that’s okay! That’s what your brights are for. It was perfect for a cooler night the tent really heats up during the day but thankfully we could open up the side panels on the bottom of it and air it out while we were out grilling, walking the trails, or sitting out by the fire. There is a bin next to the tent that had matches, lighter fluid, matches, charcoals, and a pot. Inside the ten there was a flash light, wipes, hand sanitizer, garbage bags. Everything you may need. We didn’t get to try out the shower but it was well covered with a privacy fence! We saw deer, snakes, rabbits, and we got to fall asleep to the owls and coyotes it was so peaceful. My only concern was the hill up to the site it was quite far and the bathroom was all the way by the parking area…it really was a hike there and back but you get used to it after a few times. We loved the hosts they were very responsive though. We would stay again!!

Quiet and serene
We loved staying here! The tent was very comfortable and peaceful, even in the rain. The bathroom is a little bit of a walk but it’s so nice that it has a flush toilet. And the outdoor shower, with its seemingly endless hot water and adjustable pressure, was a real treat. The campsite is equipped with a charcoal grill. Bring your own cooler. The site is in the forest and it’s quite secluded—we didn’t see another soul during our two night stay. We didn’t meet our host in person, but he responded to all communications quickly and provided detailed instructions on how to find the site. 1000% recommend overall!!!
