Booked Keith’s site last minute for Labor Day weekend when all the NYS Parks were full and am so glad I did! The site is very private and the bathroom is clean. We walked down the creek in the morning and ventured through the railroad tunnel to cool off! There is great tree coverage so even though we had some rain our tent fly held up. He left plenty of wood for campfires, a battery pack to charge our phones and speakers, and a very nice table with an umbrella we ate meals under when it was drizzling. One word of caution, the road down to the campsite is quite steep and if we didn’t have an SUV with good tires we would have been carrying all the camp equipment down (it’s a bit of a walk). Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to going back. PS— very dog friendly!!!

Thank you Brittany, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We have since improved the roadway to the camp with several loads of stone. All though the road is better, I recommend that campers park and walk to the camp site once, about 250 yards, in order the judge how their vehicle will handle it.

Absolutely fantastic site. Keith was a great host, met my friends and I at the start and gave us a rundown of the land, then cut us loose to unwind on this wonderful and private site.

This was the perfect mix of camping and glamping. We were in tents, cut wood, enjoyed the riverbed, had to bring our own water, food and supplies, explored the woods and fields...but he also had a flushable toilet setup for us and battery powered wi-if he kept up and running during our stay. Totally worth it.

We loved our stay. It was comfy for ten people to spread out and lots to do. Plenty of firewood, nice hiking trails and lots of shade. One of our favorites!
