My private getaway open to you. Once part of a large hunting club this property was managed for years to stay as wild and natural as possible. A natural crystal clear stream flows through the land attracting all types of wildlife . Totally private , feel free ! No bosses ,neighbors or kids if you leave them at home Lol ...Rewild yourself ! Learn more about this land: Over 16 totally PRIVATE wooded acres in a river town with some nice flat campsites along the stream (unused sites maybe become over grown) ,this is not a campsite only one group at a time on the property so no need to worry. This is a off grid camp site where you can rough it in complete isolation,hikers / campers dream you will not see or hear another person once you enter the property abundant wildlife hike ,bike,explore .park on the property off the road shoulder or drive it in if you can. catch a concert or see the historic woodstock site just minutes away at Bethelwoods center of arts . Or go down the road to the Deleware river for fishing,hiking ,rafting or relaxing by the water. Many raft outfitters in the area , restaurants and local shopping in the area

Off grid Tent camping

Brian Was Great to Work With

(Unfortunately, our trip was planned for Memorial Day Weekend 2021 and it was cold & rainy all weekend, so we did not go. This review is about Brian R, the host of the property.) Brian was helpful every step of the way. He was responsive to my messages and answered all the questions my group came up with. As the trip coordinator, I appreciate his help! It is too bad the weather was so terrible because we were looking forward to going. Side note: We had booked kayaks and canoes with Lander's River Trips. We weren't able to cancel in time due to our indecisiveness about the weather, but we do have a 100% credit with them to use anytime during the season.
