Places to see near Nicole F.’s Land
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
A lovely little glamping experience in the Catskills. Only two tents on the property, which made social distancing easy. A lovely little Creek to dip your feet in and cool off. Our hosts delivered little treats each morning which was a nice surprise. The outdoor solar shower was a treat in the hot weather. We took our 3 year old and she loved it. Great coffee shops in town, only a 7 minute drive away.
Happy stay close to the earth
Spent 2 nights here... driving instructions were easy and simple...Nicole was very responsive and friendly- she even gave me some fruit and cookies for my birthday! The shower cubicle is being built so bag showers in the trees... watch out for ticks. She left me ample firewood so had a fire both nights. If you go into Woodstock, most food places are closed.....so bear that in mind.
We had a fun time staying on Nicole’s land! It was our first time camping/glamping and it was a great way to ease us in. The tent was nicely kitted out with some lovely surprises. A warm shower was also very welcome during our stay. Nicole is a wonderful host!
Nicole was a terrific host! We had a great time spending the weekend 2 families together - each on our respective sites - and were able to enjoy the land to relax. The facility is great, clean and very well equipped for perfect glamping experience!
Plenty of space to camp w/friends
We had a wonderful time at Nicole's campsite this past weekend. What really makes this site special is that it's quite a bit of land, with very nice accomodations, for just two campsites. It's a perfect location for two families to hang out together for the weekend outdoors but with complete privacy.
Bliss Field was everything I'd hoped for - simply blissful! Nicole was a fantastic host, and made sure to check-in if we needed anything on a regular basis, even alerting us to incoming storms so we could prepare the tent. The small touches make all the difference, including leaving a basket of fruit and chocolate goodies the morning after our first night.
The land is really stunning and private. The meadow brings some magic wildlife, and the small stream on the property is a great place to cool off and relax. The outhouse is very well maintained, and the on-demand hot outdoor shower is heaven!
We can't wait until our next visit to this wonderful slice of the Catskills!
We had an excellent stay on Nicole's land. The outhouse was super well-kept, and having a hot outdoor shower in the morning (in September!) was luxurious. We loved using the fire pit, and access to running water made the weekend easy. Nicole was really responsive before and during our stay and provided everything we needed and more. One thing to note about the property: it is close enough to roads that we could hear cars passing by from our tent -- not a total game changer as there are very few cars in the area, just something to keep in mind if you're looking for a truly quiet weekend.
Our second visit this year!
We stayed earlier this summer, and liked the campsite so much we came back for a fall trip! The location is very close to some wonderful leaf peeping trips, such as the Ashokan rail trail and the Indian Head wilderness.
