Sunny Knolls Tenting and Camping

We had a great stay! Kimberly was very accommodating considering the recent heavy rains the area received and gave us multiple options for where we could pitch our tent. She brought us fire starting stuff to help because everything was wet. The horses were great, and the vista was absolutely beautiful.

Sunny Knolls Farm is an amazing experience!! Kimberly was so generous with her time and gave us a little tour of the farm. The horses are beautiful and friendly. I can’t wait to come back with my kids! We really appreciate the last minute accommodations and the host’s flexibility.

Kimberly was great at communicating, and let me come in even though I arrived much later than expected. The campsite itself was next to a pond and surround by beautiful hills that were pastire for horses. I coukd have spent hours more just enjoying the peaceful and relaxing environment.

My 3 friends and I absolutely loved staying at Sunny Knolls! The campsite is situated in a private corner of the horse farm, right next to a pond and beautiful weeping willow. Relaxing on the platform structure and watching the horses was incredibly peaceful. We were so happy to have the platform to take cover when it rained. Kim recommended that we walk up to the vista on the property and it did not disappoint- 360 views of the area during sunset was an unforgettable moment for all of us! Kim was extremely helpful and provided us with firewood for a small fee. We are looking forward to returning to this site soon!

My partner and I were looking for a secluded place to camp and happened upon this property.
Where do we begin? This place is truly a gem. To start, when you arrive there are horses roaming and grazing the property. We were greeted by two sweet dogs that led us right to Kimberly. We set up camp on a platform next to the lake which also had an awesome fire pit. Originally we booked one night but we couldn't get enough of the beautiful land and opted to stay a second. There are mowed trails throughout for hiking that lead all over the 160 acres. Kimberly suggested going to the top of the hill to check out the sunset and it did not disappoint. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Thanks for having us Kimberly, we will definitely be back!

My partner and i had a great experience here! We had a warm welcome from Kimberly and she showed us a perfect place to camp next to the pond. We really enjoyed watching the horses run and do their thing in the pasture. If we were to stay longer we wouldve loved to walk the property.
