We purchased this property to help restore the land and have a special place for us to gather as friends and family and spend time outdoors.
Our goal is to work with the forestry department and Cornell cooperative extension to restore a health balance.
Unfortunately years ago the land was abused and we've spent many months, cleaning and clearing the land of debris and invasive species.
We've accomplished a lot but have a lot more to do. We've opened this to the campers to help finance the land restoration.

Wall tents come with queensize bed, fire pit, picnic table, bedside table close to the outdoor shower and outhouse. Camp by a beautiful stream, in small fields or dense woods.
Close to NYC, the Catskills, Wildlife preserve, several large lakes and many small towns with quaint shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes to the nearest town. Or spend a few days just on our private land.
We are adding additional sites and pitch your own spots, this is a labor of love and never-ending process of land restoration. Mostly unmanicured, raw and secluded.
