Relax and rejuvenate on 60 acres of our family-friendly, mountainside homestead located in the historic Schoharie Valley farm country of Upstate New York. Pick up farm fresh greens, local lemon goat cheese and strawberries for memorable spring salad or sweet corn and locally raised grass-fed beef for the perfect summer BBQ.  Enjoy breathtaking fall foliage views in this fertile picturesque farm country.  Go apple picking at Indian Ladder or Terrace Mountain Farms if you visit in the autumn. Hike through fern covered pine forests, to mountaintop views, warm up by a cozy campfire or explore the Little Schoharie Creek with many swimming holes and a beautiful waterfall with swimming hole.

We're also just a few minutes away from the picturesque Village of Middleburgh (12122) with Green Wolf Brewing Company & Public House, Middleburgh Winery,  grocery store, convenient stores, pharmacy, independent bookstore, thrift store, and numerous restaurants and farms stands. Our site is nestled in the heart of the Schoharie Valley and in the middle of three distinct regions in rural New York, making us a perfect home base to explore all that Upstate NY has to offer. We're at the northern end of the Catskills and Appalachian region of NY, in the south-east of the Mohawk Valley region, 30 minutes from the Capital Region in Albany, NY and 1 hour from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

The RV and tent campsite are located alongside the creek within a 1 minute walk to a swimming hole and a 20 minute forest hike to the waterfall. The site includes a Freedom Express Blast 301BLDS, that sleeps 8 people and a tent camping site for an additional 6 people. The RV has electricity, two TVs, CD player, Bluetooth stereo, DVD player, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven with 3-burner cook top, furnace and A/C, awning, and more! The campsite includes a place to pitch a pop-up tent and access to a nearby campfire, Porta-potty and hand-washing station.

Please note that you may share use of the land with another group, guests at our Mountain View Old Orchard Campsite or Pine Forest Canvas Tent Campsite, so this is not a listing for a 100% private experience but there will only be two other groups at a maximum. You can also contact Jerrine directly to arrange to reserve all of our sites at once which would accommodate a small group of approximately 10-20 people.

We provide information for our guests about the surrounding area and how you can support our amazing farms and other local businesses.

Great spot - Highly recommend it - RV was great and well kept and on the newer side - site was peaceful and mostly private - if you're looking for a secluded remote feeling camp site this would not be for you - there was plenty of fire wood however bring some kindling to get the fire going - the site is steps a way from a swimming hole and nice flowing creek - the waterfall was epic and a short hike from the campsite - the terrain is nice and woodsy and seems like you could go exploring - the hosts were welcoming and warm - would go back for sure - if you go make sure to bring cookware, cleaning utensils and beach towels.

We had a great time at the RV campsite. The host was super friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The Creekside swimming hole was close and fun. The waterfall is a 20 minute hike and also fun. I would definitely recommend it to friends who are seeking a more comfortable experience.

Loved our stay at this site. The waterfall was beautiful well worth the incredible hike! We enjoyed swimming in both the swimming holes. The porter potty was cleanest one I've ever been in!

Other than the weather not being cooperative, we had a great time. The campsite, RV, and property are well kept. The swimming holes and waterfalls are awesome. Great hiking as well and the tent site looks cool as well. The hosts are kind, warm, welcoming and very accommodating. Highly recommended👍. The wild apple trees reminded me of my childhood....thank you Jerrine and Jameson😊
