Stay within the yellow Boundary Lines and Posted Signage: Bruce Martin and/or Brian Rowback. The Yellow house is Private property - Stay off.

10 degrees cooler than Schenectady, New York. - Enjoy the sights and sounds of an Adirondack Park experience with hiking, Snowshoeing, sightseeing, relaxation in wild fields, and woods. No Firearms or hunting allowed. Protection of Wildlife is paramount.

Please Respect Nature and leave it undisturbed. Keep vehicles in designated areas.

I prefer to sleep under the stars; do you? If not, you can make a campground nearly anywhere on the 160 acre property if you like hiking. Park in the field near a rock wall near the road entrance. Make a fun stay. Woods camping only: Build a campfire ring using rocks in the woods - not the rock walls. Thanks!

NOTE! Bathing allowed in the streams. Beware LEECHES - Poison Ivy & Poison Oak & Poison Sumac - TICKS! No swimming in the Beaver Ponds for your safety and protection of the Water Life. Remember, you are visiting Wildlife. A home for nature away from humans for the most part. Don't kill anything. Thank you.
