This lean-to is very secluded, 200 ft. from Birchwood Rd. Located near a forest reserve with an abundance of wild-life in the area. The lean-to is equipped with electricity and a sanitized bathroom facility. The land is treated regularly for anti-insect. Lake Placid area is ideal for skiing, hiking, river rafting, kayaking etc. Min. 3 nights stay. Quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM
