Located at The Channon, we are not far from the well known towns of Nimbin and Lismore (both 20kms away but in different directions) and Byron Bay which is 40km away. Our property is an easy walking distance to the local village where you will find the shop/ general store and the pub. It's around 1km to The Channon Craft Market grounds, and the markets are on the second Sunday of each month. Lots of crafts, clothes, jewellery, gifts, food stalls and entertainers to see and enjoy. This campsite is located right on the banks of the flowing creek. It's a private site with access to two good swimming holes. Enjoy warming your feet around the campfire in the evenings, subject to fireban conditions. We welcome only self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower and drinking water. There is access to rubbish facilities. For those wanting to explore a bit further we are 15kms from Nightcap National Park and the beautiful Protesters Falls. There is a walking track that leads through lush World Heritage rainforest right up to the falls. Well behaved pets are welcome.This campsite is located right on the banks of the flowing creek. Tranquil Terania Camp

Beautiful peaceful place to camp. We only stayed one night but it would be a great place to take the family as there is so much space and you get the whole place to yourself. Wonderful swimming hole, lots of exploring up the creek and fishing. Old school camping with a firepit but it also has a toilet. Will stay again and bring a longer set up. Close to the local shop and pub for a feed also.

This is a great private site. Communication was great and we were taken care of. The added toilet was a perk which hadn’t been there the previous time we had stayed. Was a great new years show watching the creek rise.

Beaut little spot, one site so no worries about other campers. Nice little Rocky water holes, great for a swim. Plenty of Birdlife and eastern water dragons everywhere. Will be back for sure.

We had a great night. Private and secure. Wide open space and a great waterhole for the dogs to swim in. 10/10.
