The stone and metal art makes this place special and I agree with Carl that it deserves to be seen by more people - I really liked it - someone went from 'big ideas' straight to 'grand designs' - with passion and skill - it is interesting, inspiring, generous and of course unique.
Carl is equally generous. He supplied me with a lot of firewood and even cut the fence to improve on the driveway which was a bit muddy in a couple of places - but my small camper van made it up the hill anyway, very doable.
Once you are up there it is just you and the rolling hills, the cows and a beautiful night sky. The campsites are fairly large and well spaced. The shower is good too. Altogether it was so worth a visit...........

Absolutely beautiful location on the farm. Lots of abstract structures with fascinating historical backgrounds. Choice of three dams to swim in and lots of lovely animals to see.

All set up with an open firepit ready to go, doesn't get any better than this! Lovely dam to swim in behind the van. Parked at location 1.Stunning view of campsite 2 and 3. Good parking and open fire pits available for use.Bridge designed with the remains of a cattle ramp, an easy way to access the dam and go for a swim! Intuitively designed Ampitheatre with abstract rocks surrounding the location for added effect .

Had a great stay here at Stone-Art! The sunset up on campsite 4 was magical! Carl was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with info about local spots we could visit and then had a big bonfire down the bottom for us to join as well! Definitely coming back again!
