'Serenita' is a newly setup and Hipcamp listed 5 acre property in Falls Creek on the beautiful South Coast of NSW and is conveniently located at the end of the road for privacy.

We allow only one group at a time so you will have plenty of space and privacy. Children under 15 are free of charge so please don't include them when paying. Please let us know prior how many vehicles and how many children will be coming with your booking.

The property is divided into 2 sections with the homestead to the front and the rear section being a large paddock with a sectioned area for camping with your own gated access.  We have recently modified the entrance and now are double gates 7 metres wide.

There is a large sunny area if you wish to camp in the open or there is an area of large spotted gums and iron barks to give you some shade protection. There is a gradual slope to the property with some grassed areas, a fire pit and surrounding seats, table and chairs, 2 twin hammocks and regular visitors of kangaroos, kookaburras, sulphur-crested white cockatoos, the odd monitor and yellow tailed black cockatoos. There is a limited supply of water used for showering or washing up but recommend that you don't drink it. There are 2 cubicles on site for you to put your chemical toilet in or if you want to change or shower in the other.

The camp site is situated near an open dam (sorry no swimming) that attracts many birds and families of ducks. There are also turtles in the dam. Your campsite is located between 2 large bush private properties. If you love to walk or bike ride you can enjoy in the surrounding area or if you are feeling adventurous you could walk a bit further to a swimming hole old bridge on The Old Princes Hwy. You can also drive to Parma Falls if you prefer ( 10 minutes away) that is located on Vidler Rd just off Parma Rd and is located to the east of the school.

Located only 3 minutes off the Hwy for easy access but still very secluded and quiet you are only 20 minutes from the gorgeous Jervis Bay, 35 minutes to Ulladulla and shopping centres located 20 - 25 minutes away in Nowra and Vincentia. In Huskisson you can book tours to go out on the water to see the dolphins or whales or go snorkling or scuba diving in Jervis Bay and there are also quiet a few places in Huskisson for a great meal and a drink.

This is an excellent camp site for either a group or just a couple, the land is very spacious and well laid out with the pre setup of a fire pit and multiple tables for your convenience.

Thank you , we very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice hosts. We were warned due to the bad weather it would be muddy. It wasn't too bad considering the rain event we had. The host was thoughtful and helpful. Lovely quiet setting.

Great level caravan site, there was still a bit of water around from recent record rains but thee was plenty of space for our van and pooch to run free. Nice fire pit and plenty of firewood supplied which was a bonus. Nice, quiet location with easy access. Highly recommended.

Great location to explore the Jervis Bay area. 20 minutes to Callala Beach which was amazing. Two sheds on the property were perfect for our shower and toilet. Just wish the rooster next door would stop waking up and saying hello at 0530 in the morning.

The camp was not as 'bushy' as the photos indicated - traffic noise from the highway, close to two houses and an unpretty dam. However, a good fire and some firewood, secure and reasonably priced - okay for an overnighter.

Madeline. Thanks for the review. The dam and the area for camping are the same as in the photos as nothing has changed. We have just come out of a long period of drought and fires so it is a struggle to get more grass to grow in the area making the dam and camp area more pleasing and clear water. There is a bit of noise at times form the HWY however as it is at the end of a dead end street on only a 5 acre block and this small amount of noise is far better than road traffic going past the property. On a plus side we did accept your booking less than 24 hours before your arrival and all this makes for a great camping spot for many others that have stayed there prior.

Beautiful little camping spot with a great fire pit, and wood provided! The 2 wooden cubicles for camp shower and toilet were great! Very clear instructions on how to find the camp. A bit closer to the adjoining homes than I thought, but that didn't really worry us. We will definitely be back.
