Family, friend and I loved Rose Gum Farm. It's a lovely spot in amongst the bush - towering gum trees. Level land with loads of space and welcoming hosts. Access is doable for 2WD - even an old bus - but it is dirt for the last bit. Great for kids.
Dave very welcoming, but also allows for privacy.

Good spot, lucky to have it to ourselves. May have been more cramped if you had all the spots filled. Not too far from local shops, although you would need to drive back out to get there. Good to visit at quieter times so you get the place to yourselves. Friendly host.

We spent 4 nights at Rose Gum farm. It is a lovely grassy camping area with fire pits surrounded by amazing forests and near a beautiful escarpment. During the day, bell birds, whip birds and kookaburras kept us company and at night we fell asleep to the sound of the creek, boo-book owls and the occasional possum. The kids enjoyed exploring the creek and despite having plans to do a number of walks while we we were in the region, we ended up mainly enjoying the forest and camp fire and relaxing with friends.

Beautiful spot to camp amongst the mountains! Drive in always a great welcome/exit. We stayed for a week over new year and it made the perfect base for exploring the sapphire coast. Dave and family also very hospitable - would love to come by again!

Lovely flat, shady campsite with plenty of room between other campsites. Sites are numbered and easily identifiable. Small flowing creek near by which was lovely to take the dogs to paddle.
Short drive into town and easy 25min drive to Merimbula.
Highly recommend.
