Riverdale Carrathool

Available weekends only. 

An exclusive camp area along the 2kms of private river frontage. This is a 450 acre property half way between Darlington Point and Carrathool, accessible by a tar road front. 

Great spot for family groups. This price is for 1 caravan or one tent only. If you wish to book another site for friends or family please add this in the extras section when booking.

Fish, swim and paddle on the Murrumbidgee River, or explore the creeks and lagoons that scatter the property. There is a large shed that is 1 metre off the ground which has power, lights, a fan, wood heater, fridge, gas bbq and a dining table. 

There are no toilet facilities here, you will need to bring your own camp toilet. 

LEAVE NO TRACE - be sure to take all your rubbish and belongings with you.

There is a fire area with seating which you collect timber off the ground to burn (please check fire regulations and do not have fires when not permitted). If you have a fire, be sure to put it our before you leave.

Smalls, well behaves dogs only. There are cattle on the property and we do not want them to be chased or visa versa. 

On the property there is 30 acres of pristine River Red Gums, Box Trees and native grasses. 

Great fishing spot, the prime target species for anglers is the Murray Cod, followedby Golden Perch (Yellow Belly), Trout and Murray Crayfish. If you are fishing, you must have a fishing licence. If you are on a boat, you must wear a life jacket. 

No motorbikes.
