Jay made us feel very welcome. The site was easily accessed and was quiet. There was a small bush walk nearby and access to the river for kayaking. We will be going back. :)

Camping at Pure Valley was our first experience using Hipcamp and it was a great start. We camped in a large mowed paddock with lovely surrounds. There was only one other camping group at a good distance away. Jay was very helpful. We hiked or rather rock hopped up the creeks and the whole family had a great time out in nature. Jay and his team dropped us off fire wood and made us a beautiful fire pit for a cold night. The area was so quiet and it was beautiful to wake to only the sounds of the many birds. The long drop toilet was appreciated too! I hope our next experiences of Hipcamp are as good as our first.

Lovely campsite. Very relaxing. We really enjoyed the walk to the waterfall and the fire wood was a really nice touch. Would definitely return.

Pure Valley is a great spot; peacefully secluded little valley with arguably Hipcamps best host. Jay couldn't have helped us more with arranging the booking, moving dates and ensuring that we had a great trip.

There's a few options for short walks available which will suit anybody from 3 yrs or so up, and a few horses (fenced in).

In June we found the valley only receives strong sun from about 9/10am-1-2pm, with heavy dew each morning and cooler temps into the arvo. This is all completely fine and lovely; just bring a mesh floor so that your feet and camp stay mud free if things get too damp. Nights were cold (June) fine with decent sleeping bags etc - while the days were lovely and warm especially while the sun was out.

There's luxury cabins on the property further up the hill. Great if you have older/less mobile companions joining for a stay.

Any questions Jay with have you sorted!

Short 10 min track to cascading rocks30-45 min round trip to the Waterfall. Kids under 10 might find it pretty tough as there's some rock scrambling that requires care.Pure Valley CampingPure Valley Camping
