Just 5 mins off the freeway and 20 mins to the stunning beaches of Wooli and Minnie Waters, we invite you share our Land for Wildlife property.

We live in the back cabin about 100m away behind the old buildings (the historic Grafton Racecourse Beer Pavilion which we intend on restoring one day soon),  and will be in and out working on the property.

We welcome you to have a cooking fire, beers and explore as you wish. We are an easy going couple with no kids or pets, happy to leave you to it or show you around.

Take your time here to explore over 100 acres of our conservation area which has plenty of native flora and fauna to discover. You could also head next door to the the Glenugie State Forest; an epic place to hike, mountain bike, 4WD, hunt and bird watch too.

If you head towards the coast to Sandon River, Minnie Waters, Diggers Camp, Wilson's Beach or Wolli beach and river mouth, you’ll drive through the stunning and pristine Yuraygir National Park. More of the best surfing beaches are just 40 mins south to Emerald and Arrawara Beach and less than an hour north to Yamba and Angourie. And, If you're into kayaking and bass fishing, the Clarence River Kayak and Fishing Trail starts just 30 mins west of here.

This whole area is loaded with outdoor activities, birds, wildlife, and is a absolute hidden gem.

My partner and I had the best night sleep at Jen and Tav’s! We were met with open arms and sincere company; a beautiful, peaceful private property - right in the midst of nature. Unfortunately, with time and weather not on our side we didn’t get to explore as much of the property and area - we will definitely be returning :)

Quite simply, brilliant. Jen and Tav met me on arrival. Took the time to show me around some of their property - thank you!!

I pitched my swag opposite the veggie gardens. The ingenious dunny was nearby. Water was also available. Property has really great forest walks. Feels like you are miles from anyone. The bird life is superb. Wildlife in general was amazing. At night the ponds are worth visiting for the frog chorus.

Minnie Waters is a beautiful beach about 20 mins away. Breakfast and a refreshing swim were the perfect way to start the day.

I wanted seclusion and this was the place. Will definitely be back. Was made to feel right at home but was happily left to my own devices. I highly recommend this place, it is worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed. Many thanks y’all and good luck with the future works on the beer pavilion. I’ll be watching this space with interest…..
