We had a lovely weekend camping under the trees by the river. John was extremely friendly and hospitable and he ensured the site was well kept and stocked with firewood. The other sites were out of earshot and eyeline ensuring complete peace and privacy. Definitely going back sooner rather than later.
This was a fantastic getaway, John is awesome, the farm and the farm animals are amazing and honestly it was just pure relaxation from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Can't wait to go back in October school holidays.

Loved the peace and quiet, river was beautiful and clear.
John was lovely and checked to make sure we survived a night of heavy rain. Can't wait to go back
Peaceful and private. Couldn't be better
Our favourite place to stay and relax. It has just the right amount of everything you need to unwind and relax. The sound of the river as you sleep is as comforting as rain on a tin roof.

Although there were 3 sites in John's property, we did not see the other campers. Perfect. Peaceful. And we will be going back.

Both my husband and I thought our stay was fantastic. It was quiet and although there were others camping on Johns land he has it set up so as you really have your privacy. The water was both invigorating and relaxing. John was an excellent host greeting us when we arrived and leaving us to enjoying our stay... yes we recommend Glenmoore River Camp.

Camping on John's land was lovely. The river was clear and cool, and lots of space to choose where to pitch the tent. Plenty of shade as well as sunny areas. John is a wonderful host, coming to check each morning (and after a storm) that all was okay.
