We have CAMPSITES nestled in our Orchard or in the Pine Trees paddock, (with nearby amenities); or for more of a comfortable and unique stay, try our CHARMING, CONVERTED SCHOOL BUS! Fern Valley Ranch has it all- waterfall viewing, bush walks, animal feeding. Unwind; relax by the campfire with quiet cup of tea (or a beer). Leave the city behind and tune back in to the birdlife and whistle of the breeze among the tall trees. CAMP SITES- Max 5 campers (see Campsite Listing for number and type of dwellings allowed per site.) SCHOOL BUS- Max 4 guests (no pets)- can book separate bus campsites after booking Bus. SCHOOL BUS CAMPING- Get friends to camp next to you in the Bus. *** NO ENTERING ANY WATER ON THE PROPERTY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT OUR RULES *** If you want to swim, there are beaches within half an hour from our farm. - We are just an hour between Sydney and Newcastle; and 15 minutes to Gosford. Orchard & Pine Trees Camping

The children loved the tractor ride and feeding the animals. We enjoyed the spacious site and fireplace and the walk to the waterfall was cool, waterfall very pretty. Our hosts were helpful and friendly.

Camp amongst the stars and oranges

Staying here was a magnificent experience. Beautiful views of the orange orchard. Short walk to lush oasis with waterfall. Horses to say hi too. Personal campfire for ambience (and warmth if needed). Directions were spot on. New caretaker is lovely and helpful. Our family will be back!

Always a pleasure!

This is our second year at Jiji's and we absolutely love it! We were a group of 35 and took up the whole paddock. The kids love the space, great toilet and showers and it really allows you to relax. Highly recommended for small or large groups!

Orchard & Pine Trees Camping

We had a wonderful stay, Steve made us feel so welcomed by giving my partner and I a nice tuck away spot while the other sites were occupied by busier groups. We enjoyed picking oranges from the trees and discovering the animals and waterfall on the grounds. Would highly recommend!

Orchard & Pine Trees Camping

Great spot, 1 hour from Sydney.

Off to celebrate a romantic birthday for my wife. The site next to the orchard we got was perfect. Secluded, great amenities within walking distance, small walks through bushland, gymea lillies and a magnificent waterfall. Although all sections were full there was no noise other than the birds, crickets and the continually running water from the lilly ponds. The site was clear and level with plenty of room to spread out and really enjoy our surroundings. Ballyn the caretaker has done a magnificent job and was most helpful. The only downside to our visit was that we went at the end of navel season and before the beginning of Valencia season and couldn’t sample the oranges. A good enough reason to return a few more times. My wife loved it and now I am the best husband in the world. We will be back very soon.

We loved camping on Jiji's land, the kids loved the tour of the farm and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks Jiji for everything and we've already booked to come back!
