Cornerstone Camping

We loved the location, the welcoming, the goats - the hosts Ben and Carina were the best.
in terms of surroundings, the location is very good for those who enjoy hikes and water sports (lots of spots to get on your SUP for example).
The ferry rides and St Albans Inn pub felt like travelling back in time: we loved our weekend away!

This was a really peaceful camp, with a fire pit and a toilet. The host was really friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit in the area. What more can you want?

Pretty good

Beautiful little location, just a short drive from the Ferry and 4x4 trails. Ben and Carina were friendly and helpful, giving us advice on what to explore in the local area. The spot is tucked in the corner of their property, just behind their temporary house. There is plenty of privacy, tons of wildlife (so many birds) and just a short bush walk from the all important super clean, brand new dunny. Perfect little spot to unwind.

Great hosts! Ben and Carina have a great place in a wonderful location, with easy access to most of area.

Beautiful campsite, very clean, quiet and relaxing. My stay was short but will definitely come back again. Ben & Carina were very helpful and great hosts. Highly recommend it. Thank you, Ben & Carina.

Wow! What a peacful place to be.
We had a quick overnight stay at cornerstone camping and it was fabulous. We are seasoned and self sufficient campers making this the perfect quick trip away.
Greeted by wallabies on our arrival we were quickly setup and enjoying the peace and quiet around our camp-fire. The stargazing was amazing as was the peaceful sleep in, waking to the sounds of birds.
Great spot close to the hawkesbury river and some awesome walking and mountain bike tracks.
Ben and Carina were great hosts and it is obvious they really care about the land they live on.
Will be back for sure!!

Great location with heaps of different birds in the bush behind camp. We heard the wombat one night, had a magpie scrounging for scraps and the bell birds were continuous. We heard a Lyrebird all three days we were there, and then he walked across the edge of the camp one evening. It’s about a half hour or 40 min walk (including a ferry ride) to Wisemans Ferry and a pub meal if you’d prefer to take a night off from camp food. Ben and Carina were great. We had plenty of space, and also enjoyed a chat and learned about the impact of the recent floods.
