We were greeted by Andy upon arrival and had the choice of sites as we were lucky enough to be the only guests. We chose the site a up the hill which had a fantastic view of the whole property. However would recommend considering the site near the water in winter as the shade from the surrounding trees didn’t reach it until late afternoon. The hill site was very close to the trees and the shade moved over very early on and it got a bit cooler faster. Would be fantastic in the heat of summer! My dogs loved the freedom of being able to move around the site off leash with no stock to be worried about. Sites were freshly mowed with good flat spots to set up the camper. Only 1.5hrs from Sydney this is a great place to go at a whim and there is also some awesome gravel roads nearby which we have ridden before. Next time we stay we’ll definitely be bringing our bikes!

Peaceful, scenic, good level site, well maintained. We had to go into 4WD as the driveway in was a little tricky following the rain.

Great location, so peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful weekend, it’s fantastic it’s so close to Sydney. While there were other campers it was very private with lots of space. The kids had a great time riding their bikes around and exploring!

Awesome host, incredible valley tucked away from the world we loved it. For such a short drive from the city it feels you are a million miles away. Loved it.

An enjoyable stay, picturesque, and very private as we were the only campers there. If doing nothing is your thing, then this is a good spot. Very peaceful. Anything else requires a trip into Wyong which is not what we wanted to do. We had booked for 3 nights but found (for us) 2 nights was perfect. Unfortunately we didn't meet our hosts who had other obligations but were contactable. The flat area was still a bit damp under foot from recent rain so we took the hillside site which was a blessing in disguise with the afternoon breeze soothing the heat of the day. That said, we enjoyed the time on the property.

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy to find and a good selection of different sites to set up camp. We chose a flat site, close to our hosts place, but there other spots a bit closer to the tree line with shade and nice views along the valley. You can see other campers, but all sites are quite well spaced out. Our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Andrew dropped off a fire pit for us to have our campfire, but you need to bring your own wood. The road through this property is a no through road, but provides access to a couple of properties further on, so some vehicle movement from the other residents (hardly noticeable though).

Lovely open fields. Flat ground. Friendly hosts. Perfect if your idea of relaxing is sitting around a campfire and cooking whilst watching the sun go down (which is perfect for me). More than enough distance between other campers to be confortable. This is not a caravan park where everyone is crammed on top of each other. Would definitely stay again
