The large campsite is located on a level, grassed area with plenty of space to pitch tents, or park campers and caravans. The amenities block has both toilet and shower, and there is also power available to connect up to. A large sheltered area, our camp kitchen, includes barbeque, electricity, kettle, table, chairs and more.

Enjoy bird watching, visiting wallabies in the late afternoon, or looking for fossils in the seasonal creek just a few metres away.

The historical town of Stroud is only 10 minutes away if you need supplies.

Karuah River is close by for swimming and fishing, and the Barrington Tops National Park is approximately 50 minutes away.

Ride Dungog is located at The Common in Dungog, for mountain bike enthusiasts. The area includes 650 acres offering trails for all different levels. The websiteTrailforks.com can provide more information.

While visiting Dungog, there are boutique cafes and shops, a historic cinema, and a lot more to see as you wander through the main street.

Unfortunately we no longer have parties with extremely loud music. Also, we do not cater for 18th's, 21th's etc.

We loved camping in the bush paddock! Great amenities, hosts were lovely and so hospitable. Beautiful location and we loved seeing the wildlife around throughout the day. Would absolutely recommend to others and we're hopeful to come back and visit again!

Wonderful two days there. Cherie and Greg were so generous with their time and the property. The kids spent two days exploring and cracking whips and fell asleep exhausted every night. Thank you.

Another wonderful weekend at Bush Camp, this time with extended family. Rain again, but still relaxing. We are determined to come back in the sunshine!

The three of us (my wife, 4.5 year old son and I) had an amazing experience. Cherie and Greg were so friendly and accomodating to make it a lovely time. Visits from their dog Evie was a big hit! The space is very equipped with a great bathroom (running water), covered outdoor kitchen that is well equipped, fire place and nice seating and tables. If it rains there’s also some space under the cover for a tent. The property is great to explore with some walking trails that are good for kids. In the morning we saw a kangaroo nearby and a bunch of wallabies on the paddock. There are some fabulous little towns to explore nearby and Barrington Tops National Park is about an hour’s drive. Will be back!

The host could not have been more accommodating. Great location.
Communications leading up to our weekend was excellent.

Ammenities were rustic but functional and provided everything you could need.

The bathroom was excellent, clean and very fresh.

Exclusive use of the site was much appreciated and enjoyed buy all our family.

The weather was not the best for our stay but the undercover area and fireplace's made it easy for us all to be together.

Would highly recommend this site
but
on the back side we feel the cost is expensive for what it is.

p.s. We really did like the Sunday morning surprise ;)
