Welcome to your own 4 acres in the Santa Fe high desert. Nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains yet only 15 min from downtown (even less for El Dorado gas and groceries).

This land is abundant with rose quartz and is one of the reasons we immediately fell in love with it's uniqueness. In the summer monsoon season, you'll find the arroyo flowing with water and lined with wildflowers. The trees are draped with usnea, a medicinal lichen known to indicate healing spaces in nature. We are currently home to a raven's nest that is humorously sprinkled with found objects.

Backstory, for the interested: we discovered this quirky corner of Santa Fe while staying at the busiest RV park in the thick of the pandemic. We then purchased and spent a year as a family of four living the RV life on this breathtaking land, traversing a sudden cancer diagnosis and chemo treatment. We deeply believe that the healing from cancer was strengthened by the natural serenity of this space. We are so grateful and hope you find the same.

Our longer-term vision is to create a tiny home community within this acreage. You'll see some foundation work has been started at the top of the property, (please don't venture here, for your safety). If you are looking to settle into a Santa Fe tiny home lifestyle, let's talk.

We only host one guest group at a time, so you'll have the space all to yourself. The campsite off of a long gravel road with a long dirt driveway, 4-wheel drive is recommended, but only required in the winter. Cell signal is limited at the campsite but accessible at the top of the property.

We live on nearby acreage and are available to answer any questions through Hipcamp.

Don’t hesitate! Book this site! It was private, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Water and electric hookups are available and there is plenty of shade. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again!
