We ended up not staying here. We arrived on a Monday and realized the winery was closed mondays and Tuesdays so we were the only ones there. Defeated the whole purpose of booking it. Also well over an hour from White Sands. Looks like a very cute spot.
Wide open space next to a winery. Set up your tent and then sample the wines. Only three spaces and not crowded.
The vineyard and site was beautiful. Chris was a great host. Wine was delicious. I would definitely come back.
Christopher took very good care of us. The site is just as pictured and it was a great stop on our trip!
Chris was a phenomenal host and the Sombra Antigua Vinyard is a place I would definitely return to. We stayed on a Wednesday so it wasn’t as busy as the weekends, which I’m told are quite fun. That saying, Chris took time out of his day to still give us a wine tasting even though they were technically closed and Chris had worked a long day. He was incredibly accommodating and one of the main reasons that the stay was so enjoyable. The site that we stayed on was well kept and spacious, especially since no one else was staying there. We loved the pecan orchard as well, since we were able to walk though it. Again, we loved this stay and would happily come back again!

Loved the live music and quiet setting!! The big grassy area was so relaxing. We loved exploring and hiking in the area!
Enjoyed being at the winery itself, having a glass of wine before bedtime. The camping spot was very nice and I slept well!
