Steve was very quick to answer any questions I had. His land was absolutely beautiful and the sunset was to die for. It’s very accessible from the highway which made going to white sands national park very easy (only 25 min away). Thanks for letting us stay here Steve!

It was very convenient and easy to find but there was so much trash everywhere and dogs nearby that barked all night.

The trash is from what the wind brings in, it is not garbage or other trash left behind by other campers. I can't control the neighbor's dogs.

Steve was great and accepted our request to stay on his property last minute and responded quickly. It was close to White Sands which was our goal. One side is scattered with litter but the other side was very clean. It’s off a highway so I’m assuming litter must blow on his land from that. We felt safe. Nobody bothered us. He gave us free range to pick where we wanted to park within parameters. All in all, I’d stay again and recommend. The sunset was stellar btw.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, trash blows in from the road and nearby properties.

You get what you pay for, not the worst site, neighbors are around, mostly dissapointed in all of the trash that littered a majority of the site. It is cheap though!
