This campsite was amazing. The sand really helps make the ground comfortable. Beautiful views of the mountain. Great firepit. Would love to visit again. Host was super nice and had great recommendations

Mountain View Campground
We had a 20 ft trailer camper and found a great spot. Fun Mtn biking right from our site as well as other great trails within a 10 minute drive. Johnathan was super responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!

Ring o’ Fire spot!
Last minute reservation and late arrival, and Johnathan took good care of us. Met us outside in the dark and directed us a) to a good spot where we’d have an awesome view of the annular eclipse in the morning, and b) a swell diner for breakfast in town before the eclipse. Welcomed us to hang out past checkout time in the morning so we could linger with the moon and sun’s special event. Thanks Johnathan!

Eclipse Camping Fun
We were looking for a nice place to camp to watch the eclipse. The land Johnathan owns is perfect and quiet. You have open skies and great views at nights. There is also plenty of public land nearby to hike and explore. We had a great time here and a wonderful experience during the eclipse. I would definitely camp here again!

Mountain View Campground
This is a work in progress, not set up yet for a sizable motor home. I had a class c 30footer. we did park on a simi level spot. Beautiful spot to star gaze. Artifacts galore, petrified wood, shards of very old pottery. I will be back.
