WALK TO YOUR BOAT.......!   Beautiful walk to LAKE Views..... West of the Rockies in a beautiful valley above Navajo Lake bordered by the Pine River Canyon. 4.5 miles from the Navajo Dam and Marina with a great boat ramp, restaurant, and water fun there. 

🎣 15 minutes to the world renown quality waters of the mighty San Juan River for fly fishing. 

🎸 At JLR - Lakeview Retreat, enjoy our outdoor country/western stage for shows, plays, entertainment, etc. Do you play and/or sing? Sometimes you will even get a special performance by your hosts Jay and Julie ! Everyone can join in. 

❤️ Weddings, reunions, and private group gatherings are all perfect here.  We also offer outdoor r.v. , camper and boat storage . 

Bordering BLM land with a few minutes walk to the beautiful views of Navajo Lake, it's an artists' dream. A beautiful nature trail down to the lake ,  AND WALK TO YOUR BOAT ! Hike to the ANASAZI WELL ,  A NATURAL SPRING WATER HOLE , Really cool !

🥾 Enjoy hiking, jeeping, and central to all the Four Corners fun ! Durango Silveron train, Cumbres Toltec Railroad in Chama, Aztec Ruins, Chaco Canyon, Pagosa Hot Springs, Canyon historical ruins, Mesa Verde, too much to mention. Fun. Fun. Fun!

45 miles to Farmington or beautiful Durango, Co. A casino with fine dining and a Native American museum 20 miles in Ignacio with great hand cut steaks at the local grocery store...yum!

You can pick and use down  firewood from our property. Chose a clear area and no bonfires or fires over 2 ft high 🪵 

Remember to bring your own chairs, tables, and pack it out when you leave. 

Don't be surprised to see deer, wild turkey, and elk come thru the area. We cherish our wildlife dearly. We have a small livestock pond. Please do not access this area as it is potentially unsafe and for animals only. Please watch any small children around this pond. Thanks!
