Outstanding in it’s field!
This is a full hookup site. All features were in great working order. If you want seclusion and a really welcoming stay, you will love Martha’s site. There is a nice cement patio with a sturdy picnic table, two chairs and small table too. She has planted a small lawn around the site so that you can enjoy a bit of greenery where mostly none exists. And you can even order some fresh eggs and they will be waiting for you in a small cooler in the shade. They were tasty. We stayed 3 nights and were getting attached to the peace and quiet and actually felt a bit sad to say goodbye. Beautiful sunsets too! Recommend highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Donna & Harley

Such a cute spot. Martha has done a great job creating a little oasis in the desert. Very private. I highly suggest buy their fresh eggs. The wood provided burned beautifully! I highly recommend as a stop over!

Perfect spot to spend the night while in Roswell - level spot, easy to find, about 10 min from downtown and all the UFO attractions. You can tell the hosts put in effort to keep it up nicely.

Desert Rose “Oasis”
Private fenced in area with RV hook up electrical & septic dump is a fabulous get away. Property is a large previous pecan orchard that has been cleared. Perfect for our two Belgian Melinoise to run free without the need for leashes and hang out with us by the campfire! The large concrete slab surrounded by grass is a welcome touch of luxury. We purchased the farm fresh eggs from our host…delicious with bacon cooked over a fire. Desert Rose is a perfect oasis, thank you Martha!

A Farm To Yourself
My, my, my....how on earth can one begin to tell what a special place this is to visit. Martha has gone out of her way to make this a truly special spot. We felt as if we were on our own farm and loved every single second. It was so hard to leave!
This place is one of a kind. Close to shopping and sites yet completely remote and private. DO NOT miss this great find. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and secluded, but with everything you need to have a very comfortable night. If the weather would’ve permitted, we would’ve enjoyed the setting more. We definitely recommend. 5 stars.
