Beautiful scenic vistas abound
Beautiful, scenic vistas abound at this peaceful hilltop. We found it easy to navigate our way to our campsite. There was plenty of space for our 32 foot travel trailer.
Brenda and her husband greeted us as we were pulling in (since they were coming home from church) and then later checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay.
The site itself was well set up with potable water, electricity and sewer hook up.
We were able to fit in an afternoon of exploring Santa Fe since it was only 30 minutes from the campsite. Once arriving home we enjoyed thr gorgeous sunset and later at night were amazed by the starlit sky.
We truly enjoyed our short stay.

Wow! So much wow!
Great host, wonderful property, exceptional experience. The host even helped us scrape the ice off our slide outs on our departure day.
We were able to let the dogs run free on the property and we took several walks around the rolling hills and valleys and even let them go for a “swim” in the small lake.
And by “swim” I mean one of the funniest moments of the whole trip. When our lab went to go jump into the lake, she was super perplexed to find herself actually walking on the water. IT WAS FROZEN! She looked back at me with the strangest look on her face as if to ask what kind of witchcraft this was. She eventually caught on and enjoyed playing this new brand of fetch on the TOP of the lake.
Then our St Bernard wanted to give it a try and enjoyed this new sensation before finding the one part of the frozen lake that could not support the weight of a giant Saint Bernard… and splash! The look on her poor face was so sad. We didn’t laugh at all, I promise.
We enjoyed a beautiful mountain sunset to cap off an incredible day. Little did we know, the next day would be even better.
The next morning we awoke to a fresh blanket of snow and the flakes continued to fall for most of the day. The way the snow was dancing around our RV, while everything was covered in white powder, all with the incredible mountain backdrop, just really felt magical.
The dogs both loved running and playing in the snow and we even made some snow angels.
Just a perfect visit!

OpenSky-Full Hookups!
Unfortunately, I was not able to stay there due to time (traveling cross country for work). However, Brenda was very responsive and even offered me a refund even though I was at fault.
As an Airbnb owner, being responsive is very important to me. I really hope I get to stay here one day, the owner is very cooperative and the place looks beautiful!!

Beautiful property and kind hosts! We arrived pretty late, and they met us to bring us to spot that would work for our camper! We would love to stay again

The facilities were great - electric, water, and sewer at our site. The property is quite pretty and we would definitely return. The pictures don't portray that there are 3 RV spots right in a row and others nearby. We heard another groups' team building chants down the hill for hours our first night, and there were barking dogs in the evening for a while each night. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at bedtime.

The site was fine. It could have been marked better or arrows to follow the loop around before pulling in. We missed one step in the paragraph of directions. When we finally got back on track and pulled in to our site she said we did it wrong so we backed up to follow the loop around. Once we pulled in “correctly” the electric and water were on the wrong side of the camper. Her final words to us were we needed to learn to read directions better. We did not feel like welcomed guests but scolded children.
