Nice, private campsite
Stayed here for one night with three other friends. Location was easy to find. Site was very private. We were greeted by the host upon arrival. He was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The campsites are nicely spaced out. No one was on top of each other. There is a lot of privacy and it was very quiet at night. We stayed at site 2 which had a nice stone henge and fire pit set up. Partially shaded. Nice view of stars at night. It was a nice getaway from NYC.
History and nature bond in beauty!
Our stay at Nicks lovely site was amazing. The history of the land and usage was both interesting and filled with some amazing nature sightings-red tail hawk, natural reflecting brook, a “storybook” like foot bridge and plenty of space and privacy. Our host Nick was there to greet us, friendly, engaging and provided a wonderful oral history on this magical site. I would visit again (and again). Thanks Nick great meeting you Rob&Robin
Gorgeous spot! great experience
I had a great experience camping here! Nick was amazing- super kind, welcoming and a great communicator! The property was beautiful and our campsite was away from everyone else so it felt like a remote experience. I definitely recommend camping here and we will hopefully be returning soon!
My family and I had a great time camping on Nick’s land. We had a great spot right next to a brook, and even though there were other campers on the property we had a ton of space to ourselves and enjoyed lots of peace and quiet. Nick was very accommodating and helped make our stay very enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back to camp there again.
Beautiful & easy camping 👍
Staying at Brookhouse was amazing! The host Nick was super welcoming and friendly & made sure we had everything we needed when we showed up. Easy to find & so close to Princeton but feels completely wildernessy. The camping area we were in was a great setup for easy pitching (flat, grassy!) and felt really secluded. Nearby the tent area is a beautiful house on the property that the owner said was built by a student of Frank Loyd Wright and there’s a little bridge over the ‘brook’ that’s really pretty. Def recommend!!
We stayed on site 2 and it was a perfect spot with the large stone hedge fire pit and the brook near by. The property was very well kept by Nick and he came over to say hi when we were unloading. Nick was extremely timely with his responses and I highly recommend this camp site!
