This was our second year visiting Wolfey's Tavern and it was fantastic! The property has improved since last time and now includes a few sheep! The cabin was well stocked with wood and just as cozy and comfortable as we remembered. Thanks for another great trip! We hope to do it again next year!

Cabin is amazingly cozy, ample dry wood provided, and lots of little amenities that made it feel like a true getaway. Woodstove kept us warm all through a cold NH night, and the porch was the perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning. Philip was incredibly helpful after freshly fallen leaves slightly obscured the path to the cabin, giving detailed steps over the phone and staying n the line until we made it safely.

We had a wonderful stay at Wolfey’s Tavern. We contemplating skipping our trip due to the tail end of the nor’easter this week but decided to stick it out and are so glad we did!! What a cozy spot to spend a chilly fall evening. The fire kept us plenty warm and we brought lanterns and lamps to keep it well lit. The cabin was larger than I expected and was accurately described in the listing- having pots and a pan and other dishes + some mugs. It was awesome!

Wolfeys is a great cabin to spend the night. I had a nice, peaceful night by the fire and was greeted by sheep and mallards in the mornings. Philip was very accommodating.

Very rustic, neat and clean stay. You wake up to the proverbial rooster, and there are pleasant sheep on the property.

The space is so beautiful and cozy. We loved the sheep and chickens in the yard next door. There was plenty of free firewood by the pit firewood but you might want to bring some of your own thats dry if its been raining. The stars are gorgeous!!

This cabin seems recently built and still smells of fresh pine. The wood stove worked wonders on the chilly nights we were there, and plenty of firewood was provided. The outhouse is similar in style, but nicer in upkeep, than most of the ones you find along major hiking trails (like the AT). Lots of little details were provided, like dishes, a candle, matches, batteries, and a few books and games. The fairy lights above the bed are a nice touch (and are the only lighting provided other than the candle and wood stove, so don't forget to bring your headlamps!). Overall, we'd love to stay here again.
