Under cultivation for the last 8 years, the permacultural designed herb gardens, green house and outdoor living areas are continually expanding and richening this pristine landscape. Learn more about this land: Glamp in this 10 acre herbal sanctuary in a beautifully decored 19' bell tent complete with Persian rugs and electricity. The spacious outdoor kitchen and gardens are just steps away. Glampers have access to the bathroom and shower in the house, the gardens for roaming, the outdoor kitchen and the fire circle. The outdoor kitchen is a wonderful event space. Cooking is on a raised stone cook fire. There is electricity, cafe lights, hot pot, sink with running water (pure and delicious well water for drinking), chairs, counter space and two picnic tables. Bring your own cooler as there is no fridge here. There is a brook and seasonal waterfall through the woods at the far east of our property, and a 30 acre pristine reservoir just on the other side of the neighbor's field which you are welcome to explore around or meditate by (no swimming, fishing or boating allowed there though!). Follow 2 miles of circuitous labyrinthine forest trails if you don't plan to get anywhere, or branch off into a network of snowmobile/atv trails that go all the way to Canada! The Soul Glade is described as an enchanting, sublime, deeply peaceful, nourishing and magical place. If you are a medicinal herb lover you may have the chance to connect with Jonah and go on an herb walk through her gardens and visit her on-site apothecary which carries hundreds of bulk herbs, tinctures and teas made here in the glade.  If you are a woodworking enthusiast, you may have the opportunity to connect with master carver and furniture maker Jeffrey S. Roberts or even coordinate with him for a custom-tailored lesson.  THINGS TO DO There are SO many fun things to do in the region. Here are a few of our favorites: Pollards Mills swimming hole is just 7 minutes away. People drive far for this epic place to swim with deep pools, diving spots and more expansive paddling areas for young ones. Slack Falls is 10 minutes away and offers a shadier quieter swimming hole and waterfall in a nearby forest. Gunnison Lake is 12 minutes away, a gorgeous locals' favorite lake with a 3 mile loop trail and sandy swimming spots. Bring your kayak!Gilsum Gorge is 30 minutes away, with many pools meandering down the gorge. Sugar River Rail Trail is a 10 mile section of well maintained rail trail that follows right along the Sugar River and through a gorgeous covered bridge. This is a great place for bike riding with young ones and fly fishing. Mount Sunapee is 20 minutes away. One of my fave mountains to hike and also has a summer adventure park if that is your jam. Lake Sunapee has public boat launches, boat rentals and a public beach. A bit further afield are Mounts Ascutney, Kearsarge and Monadnock where there are many trails for biking and hiking.

The Soul Glade
I had a lovely stay at the Soul Glade! It’s so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful gardens on the property and forest surrounding. The outdoor kitchen set up is really helpful. The tent itself was comfortable and spacious. Jonah and family were very friendly and accommodating

The Soul Glade
Jonah was an incredible host and went out of her way to make our little family feel welcome. Our 2 year old had an incredible time running around the property and petting the super friendly cats. The tent is beautifully outfitted, and we really appreciated the added ease from the outdoor kitchen since we also have an 8 week old. It was the perfect reintroduction to camping for our little family after adding our newest member.

The bell tent and grounds were so beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! We had such a relaxing time at the soul glade, the outdoor kitchen with the fire pit was such a great place to hang out and the outdoor cats were so sweet. Highly recommend!

The Soul Glade
Calm, splendid, and magickal!
The space was AMAZING! So very laid back and magical. My partner and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the wild-green-witch vibe, and the close proximity to so many fantastic side treks. The creek that runs alongside the property was splendid and on a cool, quiet evening, we could just hear it throughout the night. The fire-circle space was a lovely, sacred addition, which we used for our own private celebration of the new moon. The camp kitchen, along with the tent on wooden platform, allowed us just the right balance of glamping vs. true camping, perfect for me flying in from out of town with very little equipment. Jonah, the hostess was amazing. She gave us such a warm and genuine welcome, making my first Hipcamp experience smooth and effortless. She gave us just the right balance of checking in on us and allowing us our privacy. The Soul Glade will definately be top of my list for any future stays in the area!

The Soul Glade
Camping at its best.
Early October in the bell tent at The Soul Glade was a slice of heaven, in the heart of nature. Jonah and Rue welcomed me and showed me around the herb garden, surrounded by colourful trees. They offered their wood to burn in the meditation circle firepit and in the spacious, canvas covered outdoor kitchen, beautifully adorned with fall leaves. Within minutes my busy life and cluttered thoughts drifted off. I slept like a baby in the gorgeous bell tent and after 2 restful days and nights reluctantly departed, feeling completely rejuvenated.
