Staying at the Quiet rural organic property was exactly as expected. Great value in a great location during a beautiful time of the year. The host, Julie, helped with local information and some good conversation.

Julie is a great host! Interacts and checks on you if you like, gives you space if that is what you want. Her property is on a quiet street in a rural neighborhood. Julie is knowledgeable regarding herbs, thank you for the sleep tea!

Julie was very welcoming and super helpful. This was a perfect stop along our trip from NY to Acadia. She was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations for eateries and local spots to explore while there. Thanks a bunch Julie!

Quit rural neighborhood, that was close to a nice sized pond for paddling. Conveint for access to Hampton and Rye beaches, and Portsmouth NH. Julie had samples of herbal teas for us to try and take home. She had maps for us to find various local farmstands and coffee sources. Friendly cat and wandering ducks.

Julie O.'s Land was a great place for an overnight stop on our way from Connecticut to northern Maine. It's not quite as rural as we expected, but it was quiet and easy to find. Julie herself was friendly and responsive. I can't speak to what a longer stay would be like, since we arrived after dark and left first thing in the morning. I'd say that for the price it was a good value.
