Camp with your group of up to 6 people at our private Farm/Recreation/Ski area. Established in 2004, we are a 75 Acre ATFS certified Tree Farm located in the Blue Hills Range in the Foothills to NH’s white mountains. Our Farm spans the northerly side of Hussey Mountain from the base to the summit. Guests are provided with private access to several miles of multi-use nature trails, multiple scenic lookouts on and around the mountain’s summit, a three acre PYO blueberry maze, a dock on our eight acre pond, and weekend access to our abutting organic farm for educational tours and fresh produce.

(Site 3 The Ridge) is located just below the summit of Hussey Mountain at approximately 1,100’ above sea level in a series of ledge outcroppings covered in low-bush blueberry and juniper bushes. A forest consisting of mostly oak trees, (short and stunted by elevational mountain weather) lines either side of the ridge and provides some shelter for campers. Because of its exposed nature and high elevation the site provides beautiful mountain views across NH into ME and of sunrise/sunset.

The trail to the site is a short .3 mile hike from parking. That said, it’s steep and we recommend selecting the (SITE 3 ROUNDTRIP GEAR TRANSPORT) option in extras if you are not packed for backpacking.

*The site is equipped with…

10x12 FT Elevated tent platform, which can also be used as a deck. A folding table and 6 camping chairs are provided and stored beneath.

Two hammocks.

Numerous solar lights.

Granite Firepit.

Steel pedestal grill.

Picnic table.

Large Bench.

Trash can.

Water to extinguish your fire.

*Services applicable to the site include...

Preorder firewood delivery.

Gear/food transport via ATV and trash removal (If selected in extras).

Berry picking in season is free for camping guests and includes blackberries, raspberries, low/highbush blueberries.

At the base of the mountain at (Parking A) guests are provided with a portable toilet, outdoor shower, garden hose for washing, a power strip for charging devices, and spigot with filtered water for filling containers.

*Things to do on the mountain SPRING-FALL include...

Hiking on several miles of maintained nature trails marked with clear signage for easy day/night navigation. Relaxing/taking in the scenery from several scenic lookouts located on and around the mountain’s summit; combined they provide a 360-degree view spanning from the NH/ME Seacoast to the White Mountains of NH, to the Green Mountains of VT.  Fishing, paddling, swimming, or relaxing on our dock. Bird/wildlife watching, berry picking, stargazing and leaf peeping.

This is a place you can easily spend a few days and keep busy! That said, if you’re looking to venture off-mountain and explore we’re in a great area to do that. We’re located only 7 minutes off Exit 14, NH Route 16 N.

*Places to visit nearby include...

Baxter lake (public access) 5 minutes south. Portsmouth 25 minutes south. Lake Winnipesaukee 20 minutes north. Gunstock mountain resort 25 minutes north. NH’s White Mountains 40 minutes north. Conway 1 hour north.

What an incredible place Eben has created here! Exactly the remote-yet-convenient camping experience we were looking for. We loved hanging at our Ridge site and exploring the property’s trails. Eben’s recommendation for the best sunset spot was an absolute dream. Eben was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful in giving us the lay of the land and getting us set up with firewood. Will be back!!

This site had a little bit of effort to get to with an AMAZING reward! We saw the clearest star filled night sky followed by a breathtaking sunset. Eben stocked the site with everything we could have needed for a fire and relaxing. We will definitely be going back!

So much to say about our stay on Hussey mountain! Our host Eben has done a tremendous job over time turning the mountain into a sustainable living quarters/camp area. Eben was there to greet us with all the information we could have asked for. Including some info on hiking trails off the mountain. 10/10 experience we will be back again! Live free or die 💗

Such a magical place - highly recommend! The site itself had the most gorgeous views of the mountains and was equipped with everything you might need, including a grill, hammocks, lighting, fire pit and a very nice tent platform. There was also so much to do on the property. Eben was one of the best hosts I have had. The communication was top notch from the moment I booked until I left. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful when checking in - showing us around and providing thorough instructions and map. Such a great experience all around!

My friend and I had a great time camping on the ridge on Hussey Mountain. Eben was so kind and helpful. Perfect place for avid campers and also beginners. We felt very comfortable exploring the land and taking in all of the hard work Eben has done to the land. Truly a hidden gem and if you have the chance to pick Ebens brain, I’m for sure you’ll learn something new. Awesome stay! Thanks for having us!

Our stay was amazing! This is our second time camping at this site and it gets better and better every time. Eben keeps adding more amenities and hiding little gems to find while exploring the mountain. We will be back again and again.

Beautiful location. Well thought out and dreamy. Eben was an awesome host.

As a heads up, if you have a lot of stuff we’d recommend paying the extra to have him bring it up. We just had our packs and it wasn’t too bad.
