If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Hope Hill Haven felt like a safe haven for our girls labor day weekend camping trip. It was easily the prettiest and most functional campsite that I have ever stayed at. The host did a great job designing it and was super hospitable to me and my friends. I would not mind staying here again.
The site is wonderfully set up. The air mattress is comfortable and the rest of the site was a pleasure to use, due to the thoughtful touches Amber and her husband have included. Just be aware that the site is close to a nearby road that sees regular car traffic, so if you're looking for a remote site where you can completely disconnect, this may not be the site for you.
Awesome spot - all set-up for us with lots of oil lamps, solar lights, water, a nice table, fire pit, seating, hammock, etc. We loved our stay! Shelter was funky and fun - a little tricky to get in and out of, but nicely set up to be minimum cover with lots of details thought of. Loved the hardwood rounds put on stumps as coffee table tops and seats! Felt very private, even though there were others within earshot.
Hiking home base
Went camping with my my mom here for a few nights. We loved the site! All of the little details you see in the photos were so magical in person!! The tiny A frame was cozy and cute and enough room for both of us. There is so much hiking in this area! We ended up hiking 3 different mountains on the trip. Great area! Having the lake nearby was nice to cool off at the end of the day - crystal clear and sandy! Overall a great spot and wonderful hosts!!!
Loved our stay at Hope Hill Haven. Very nice quaint campsite. Having a nice shelter already setup was nice, and the little tiki torches kept the bugs away all night! Felt complete privacy at our campsite and would recommend to anyone. Our host was extremely friendly and accommodating when we ran out of wood and needed a wine bottle opener (don't forget yours!). I would recommend this camp site/ground to anyone looking to get away and wants a little more shelter than a tent provides. A small battery powered fan makes a huge difference in the A-frame as well.
