Live like a local less than 12 minutes from Franconia Notch.

Our site is just up the road from some of the most famous hikes, overlooks, swimming holes, formations, and ski resorts in New England—and 25 minutes from the Kancamagus Highway, connecting the eastern and western White Mountains and counted among the most scenic drives in America.

You will never run out of things to do in any season or weather. This site is less than 15 minutes from Cannon Mountain, Echo Lake Beach, Profile Lake, Mt. Lafayette, and less than 25 minutes from Flume Gorge, Clark's Trading Post, the seasonal Ice Castles, downtown Lincoln, the Hobo Railroad, North Woodstock, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Mt. Washington, the Cog Railway, and so much more.

Our 5-acre forest features just a single private campsite, with a huge tenting platform, granite fire pit, and a rocky creek passing right by the site. From the two-car parking area, a 200-ft. trail winds through the woods, over a wooden stream crossing, and ends at the site itself set far back from the road.

Modern conveniences are also close by. It's 5 minutes to the nearest grocery / convenience store, 5 minutes to Rek-Lis Brewing, 13 minutes to Polly's Pancake Parlor (our favorite) and countless other restaurants. 17 minutes to the nearest medical facility.

Other Notes and Important Things:

- Please pack out all trash. Cleaners are in high demand in this region and we will have to charge a steep retroactive cleaning fee if any trash is left at the site.

- Likewise please let us know ASAP if trash is present when you arrive.

- The tenting platform is 12 ft. wide on its narrowest edge. It's flat and dry, but there are no anchor points for stakes or lines. Freestanding tents are best, or you may want to pack extra-long guy lines.

- Don't forget the bug spray, especially in Summer! That goes for all campsites in the White Mountains, especially creekside ones like ours.

- A portable toilet with privacy tent is available at the back of the site. Please use the provided trash bags as liners and pack them out if used. Odor-absorbing pine shavings are provided.

- Please observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM everyday.

- Cell coverage is surprisingly strong here. You should have direct 4G LTE access on Verizon and AT&T, and 4G extended coverage on T-Mobile / Sprint.

- You may want to pack a wood splitting axe. Feel free to burn any dead, fallen, or cut wood on the premises, but all firewood must be less than 5 inches in diameter.

This is an ideal location: completely in nature, yet close enough to places like Bethlehem and Littleton. Good hub for all hiking in Franconia Notch.
The camping platform is nicely located at a little creek, in the middle of nature. Car park short hike away (3 mins). Basic outhouse is provided.
If you are there don't miss going to the local microbrew. Good beer and food!

Clean, secluded, and Instagrammable, a great place to camp! Small nearby stream a highlight to keep any other noises at bay.

A wonderful spot that I felt very lucky to find a few days before my camping trip. Very easy to find and park, and just the right amount of seclusion. The tent platform was extremely spacious like others have mentioned, loved having the stream nearby for easy access to water/ambient noise at night. I will certainly be looking to come back whenever I'm in the area again!

Christopher provided us with the perfect campsite. The platform he provided to set up on was exactly what we needed to keep us comfortable in our tent. The site was a clean and gorgeous setting. The brook running along the site was calming and beautiful. We arrived just after peak foliage season, so we were able to enjoy a beautiful carpet of colorful leaves. Everything was easy to find and clearly marked, and he even had supplies stored under the platform (like a rake for all those leaves) which was an added bonus. All in all it was the perfect setting for our little getaway to New Hampshire. If you’re considering visiting the area, I 100% recommend this as a nice base to set up while you explore all the lovely attractions nearby.

It was truly an idyllic spot for a glorious Fall weekend. It was accessible to the local town at short few minute drive for any last minute or forgotten items. Camping on a platform made setting up, loading, unloading less of hassle. Geographically, this spot is conveniently distanced from many state parks and hiking trails. 10/10 would come back again.

Beautiful woods with a nice little river next to the site. We greatly enjoyed our stay this past weekend. It was a little closer to the road than expected, but it is a very low traffic area and the stream noises were more present than any cars. You are conveniently located close to all the best hiking, and downtown bethel was a gem! My friends and I are already planning a trip out again for the warmer weather months :) .

Great spot that feels secluded but is not far from town. Chris was prompt, professional, and friendly. Tarp was already up - nice surprise. Will for sure be back.
