Enjoy very wild-style camping!

There is a river right on the property with many fishing and swimming holes. Atv trails that go in every different direction can lead to the beach, river, or deep woods. .  Campsites are still very wild spread out over the 170-acre property, which is accessible at the present time, find a Cozy spot and set up your tent or camper van. Very large campers are not recommended. Roads are good but not graveled so during rain they can become muddy. Campfires are permitted within local regulations. No toilet on-site so please plan accordingly.

The city of Moncton is also about 15-20 minutes away. Kayaking and canoeing options on the property or very nearby. Large boats can also be placed in the water nearby. Many small businesses and a few bars and restaurants are all accessible by ATV bicycle or car

I love tend camping in Manuel land it was peaceful and beautiful, the trail to the river was awesome and challenging but my dogs knew how to get back to the camp. Excellent place to spend a relaxing day.

This place is absolutely amazing . They have so many different spots and they are all beautiful! Our host was amazing!littles dogs are So friendly! He took us around and showed us different spots to go swimming and different swimming holes . Showed us his different future projects he was working on . All around amazing will definitely be the place I stay when I go up there again . Thank you so much for the awesome experience!!
