Desert Paradise with Mountain Views

This spot was level, clean and convenient given our plans to visit nearby Valley of Fire State Park. Soon after we arrived Rob met us and answered all our questions. We enjoyed a welcome outdoor shower, along with the peace and quiet with beautiful views. Great overnight stop that set us up for our visit to Valley of Fire.

Loved camping on Rob’s land, very comfortable and spacious spot. My favorite was the beautiful view from the shower (with hot water!) and fresh farm eggs. If you purchase the eggs at booking, they will be carefully delivered to you upon arrival.

We had such a great experience here. We decided to cut the drive from Zion back to the Vegas airport down, and these views did not disappoint even after leaving our Zion campsite. You are surrounded by 3 different mountain ranges, and the sunset and sunrises are beautiful! The campsite is on the side of Rob’s home, but it feels secluded enough. We loved the surrounding horse farms and chickens running around too! The amenities were perfect- picnic table, fire pit, potable water, outdoor showers and compost toilet. It was about 10 mins off route 15 and was an easy hour drive to the airport in the morning.

This place was great a stop on our trip heading from some national parks in Utah back to San Diego. Rob was great and communicated well. The space was private and had a nice space outside with a small portable toilet and shower. Pretty sunset too!

Stayed here the night before Thanksgiving, which was a relief given how crowded public campsites are during holidays. Rob was easy to communicate with and met us briefly when we arrived with some of his fresh eggs. Would recommend if you need a quick stopping point outside of Vegas/ close to Valley of Fire.

The site was easy to find using the directions provided. It was a very peaceful place with plenty of room and privacy. We stayed in a van but the site seemed pretty level. The field next door has cows & a horse and there were some birds which visited us too. Had a pretty good view of the stars at night. The toilet/shower area was very clean (& clear of spiders - yay!) and pleasant to use. The picnic table and fire pit provided were very useful & welcomed items. We'd stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at Desert Paradise with Mountain views for two nights & had a great time. Rob was called away unexpectedly, but made sure that we had everything we needed. The location was peaceful, and relatively close to the Valley of Fire.
