Great stay with exceptional hosts! The site is peaceful and easy to find, description and photos are 100% accurate. The site is visible from the house, so not entirely secluded, but still feels private. Bob is a great host, welcoming and informative about the area.

Lovely spot on a lovely river. Plenty of well-mown grass to spread out on. Table and chairs. Nice overhanging trees. River access probably fine in lower water, but a bit tricky when I was there because the river level was pretty high; nevertheless, my dog and I managed a quick dip in the calmer water near the bank. Responsive host; good communication. On the down side, noisy coal trains go by frequently. The rail line is on the other side of the river, but not far away. I got used to it and found it kind of interesting just to imagine how much coal we must be consuming.

Beautiful spot with lots of green grass, trees for some shade, the river is within about 50yards from campsite and wild animals such as turkeys and deer on the property.
Horses and other domesticated animals on the property or nearby made it feel very homey.
Bob and his wife were great hosts and always trying to find ways to make the experience even better than it was.
