Please note: although we are not able to mark them off on the calendar, we do not do Sunday check-ins. If you check in on an earlier date, however, you are welcome to stay thru Sundays :) Welcome to Pfanny's Farm-we love sharing our little slice of heaven with our visitors :) A love for gardening and providing healthy home-grown fruits and vegetables for our family has supplied us with an abundance of produce for over 35 years. We have canned, dehydrated and frozen the excess but the kids have flown the coop and we have expanded our operations in order to provide our patrons with that same grown-with-love nourishment! Our geo-thermal greenhouse and 2 high-tunnels are the main attractions of our farm...we raise citrus in Nebraska! And now we are also delving into agritourism by allowing overnight visitors to stay and experience life on the farm. Tours are available for a fee-don't miss out on this experience :) A children's "trail-tale" can be enjoyed during a walk on our 1/2 mile trail. The trail is partially lined with a children's story and antique machinery for your viewing pleasure. The "binzebo" area, equipped with picnic tables and a nearby firepit is always a big hit. Enjoy a game of horseshoes or cornhole while waiting to watch a beautiful sunset, followed by a night sky that is unhindered by light pollution. The view of the Milky Way is fantastic! These are shared areas, so you might see us and our other visitors out there-join in and make some friends! We do have a very friendly dog-his name is Beau. He is known to hang out with our guests and beg for belly rubs :) Our chickens are occasionally free-range, so we require that your pets be on leash.

Nebraska Farm Gem
A wonderful stop among the corn fields and silos. Julie and Gene were very accommodating hosts. And Beau the farm dog was an added bonus. This is a gem of a stop, with great outdoor gathering areas and a sweet trail on the property. We’ll definitely stop by if we’re in the area again.

Julie was gracious and helpful throughout our stay. The farm is beautiful and they work hard to educate all ages through agri-tourism. Ask for a special tour of the geothermal greenhouse!

Julie's land provides a camping experience above and beyond anything else! Her farm is beautifully laid out and has much to offer, not only for a pleasant stay, but for environmental and farming education as well. Julie was so welcoming upon our arrival, and during our four day stay. THe THursday evening Farmers Market was a great experience in meeting nice people and buying wholesome farm poducts.

Friendly host. She met us right away, gave us a tour of her beautiful land. The camper was clean, cozy, and comfortable! The story walk in the trail was a bonus!! She brought is firewood. Offered to be helpful in any way.

Gracious hosts and a beautiful farm
We had an incredible stay at Julie and Gene’s farm! It was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. My children loved chasing fireflies and feeding the chickens! Julie and Gene have a wealth of knowledge to share about farming and were so kind to us. Julie was able to procure local honey for us as a treat and we just finished a dinner at our home made with their lemons, kale, and garlic! We’ll be back!
