But if you would rather be left alone that is fine too, just come, rest and be. This spot is close to our house with a thick row of lilac trees between us but its the best spot to watch the sunset. The activities listed for this site are available at Ponca State Park or Powder Creek. On our farm we have access to hiking, exploring, hay bale jumping and the winery is in Vermillion, SD.

We had a lovely time camping here on our way back home from our road trip! Audrey was so gracious and helped us get settled. Our boys also ended up connecting with their kids, and enjoyed their company, but they were very gracious and respected our space as well. The compost port a potty was pleasant, believe it or not! And the view was excellent, especially for the sunset. I'm having difficulty adding pictures, so maybe I can add them later if it lets me.

I basically came in, set up my tent, and took shelter from the rain, but I had a very nice stay. I had everything I needed and enjoyed the view.
