Spencer Mountain Solar glamping
Cozy and quiet butt…
I really wanted to love this yurt, however I couldn’t embrace the shower/toilet room which is a separate room outside the yurt. It was very cold and the composting toilet smelled so bad I couldn’t hardly stand to go in it. The inside of the yurt was lovely, it was quiet and cozy and the wood burning stove kept the place warm all night. There isn’t any wifi and barely received a cell signal so if you are looking for a place to truly unplug this is your place. Also should note that large vehicles that don’t make tight turns (or if pulling anything) will find it difficult to get there with a couple of sharp switchbacks, we had to make several point turns along the way. Jackie the host was lovely. She however forgot about us and wasn’t available to provide us with entrance instructions until an hour after the check-in time. All in all, it was a nice place and worked great for a nights stay.

perfect glamping spot to stay at
Jackie was an amazing host and made sure that we were taken care of the entire trip while giving us space unless requesting help, compfy beds and nice kitchen and to have a shower and potty was the icing on the cake! sat outside both nights to watch the sun set and look at the stars

Large space, great place.
Highly recommend this place. Wish we’d had more time to stay. Arrived after dark. A bit tricky, since signs aren’t lit up once you pull onto the road and there’s at least two other houses and a few turn off options. But ultimately found it. Everything you need is here. Very comfortable bed, large yurt, great space.

Great Yurt
Great stay! Had lots of amenities and the host is very kind and helpful. We stayed here for our trip to Glacier NP and it was great for traveling to the west side, ~40-45 min to get there. Stars look great too!
