Beautiful spot with incredibly nice hosts. They sold ice and firewood & had a little coffee hut as well. Lattes were delicious. There's a small bar just a short walk away, so we were able to watch Monday Night Football, which was a bonus. Very clean outdoor bathroom & shower. It's a long drive up the mountain & no cell reception available but absolutely worth it. A perfect stop on our cross country trip from NYC!

My family and I really loved camping at Mirabai's-the hot outdoor shower was great as well as the convenience of the delicious coffee stand where I could get delicious dairy free lattes every morning! Wood and ice were always available. We camped one of the wooded locations and it had a nice amount of shade. Mirabai and her family were wonderful hosts who always did whatever they could to provide for any circumstances that came up. She also gave great ideas for short day hikes and drives that were perfect for us. One thing I would suggest is to bring a bucket/bin for doing dishes. It will make your trips to and from the community kitchen to the well pump easy for doing dishes if you plan on cooking your meals. I look forward to returning!

Such a beautiful spot along the river where you can jump in (if you the temp + current allow) - the hosts were so kind and welcoming and have a delicious coffee/ice cream shop on site. I would highly recommend staying here (I would even recommend to go out of your way to stay here) - it was the perfect visit.
