Places to see near Meredith T.’s Land
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Due to unforeseen circumstances we didn’t end up staying in the tipi but Meredith was extremely accommodating with putting us up in her other tent. The grounds were very well taken care of. The pond was gorgeous and a perfectly serene backdrop to the end of every day. Meredith was an amazing host and even gave us a private tea tasting at her new shop in town. She even provided us with a propane fireplace due to the fire ban than only increased our love for the place.
Great place for family of 5.
Very quiet, well kept campsite on a trout pond with a small stream. We caught and released many trout and enjoyed a swim/float in the pond. Meredith and other guests were very friendly. Would stay here again.
Mere's magical universitea
From the beginning, Meredith communicated consistently up until the time we arrived and gave clear directions. We arrived close to midnight and meredith was there to greet us, and offered us cots and blankets upon arrival in case we needed bedroom items. Meredith also provided us with a map of the area (from Ronan to Kalispell and Glacier NP) that has attractions and other things to check out. She offered a tea tasting experience and a waterfall hike. We chose to do both experiences and Meredith took the time to ensure our experience was special. NOTE: if you do choose to do both experiences, allot an entire day for it because Meredith pays great attention to detail, wants your experience to be epic, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy the experience. Be sure to leave a generous trip.
The views from the campsite are incredible. The gazebo sits with the opening overlooking the pond where the sun usually sets. When you look outside the teepee at night, the opening points where the moon rises. The stream running through the property is so clean and clear, and is really nice to take a dip in on hot days.
The property is located 2 hours from Glacier NP.
Truly breathtaking - i recommend!!!
Absolutely stunning setting, and even better is that Meredith is truly one of the nicest and most interesting people we’ve met on this trip! Amazing hospitality. We wish we could have stayed longer. The view is breathtaking, and she provided nice amenities such as cots/mattress, an outdoor kitchen, some sweet tea (ask her about her new shop!), basic shower/bathroom facilities, and most of all, her conversation. I loved that my dogs could run free. Meredith is the best! Highly recommend!
Magical tipi in paradise
Magic Mere’s tipi on the pond is a spectacular destination. We met up with old friends and this family friendly spot was exactly what we needed! All 4 kids played peacefully in the tipi while adults threw frisbees and enjoyed a double rainbow and gorgeous sunset. Truly lovely place nestled next to the stunning Mission range. Mere was sweet and kind, helping us get oriented and navigate the experience with ease. Bathrooms and potable water were nice and clean. All around perfect.
Meredith was awesome! Great communication, fast responder, very caring! Even went outside to meet us (it was pretty late and pretty cold outside).
We loved the place and really enjoyed our stay! Gorgeous landscape and very cool tipi! They have a shift pod too, which is great for cooler days! Anyway, this hipcamp is no brainer, will definitely stay there again!
