Safely leave your camp in a grassy meadow under tall pine trees near a well water hydrant with horses grazing nearby while you explore the last best place.  The best swimming hole on the Clearwater River is located less than a mile away.  World class fishing and floating on multiple rivers including the Big Blackfoot are nearby.  Salmon Lake and Seeley Lake have limited campsites but are located just 10 to 20 miles away from this spot for fabulous fishing and boating adventures. The Clearwater Game Range is 2 miles away for hiking, biking and wildlife viewing.  I almost forgot to mention the well preserved and nearby ghost towns of Garnet and  Coloma.   This truly is, the last best campsite in the last best place.

We had a great time camping in our 40ft RV! We also were towing a 20ft trailer & the site had a ton of room to accommodate us!
Mary Ann was wonderful to communicate with & even met us at the top of the driveway to make sure we found the property ok.
We forgot a propane tank for our fire pit but Mary Ann & family was so sweet to bring us one of theirs to borrow along with homemade strawberry jam!
I would recommend staying here if your passing through!

Big open field but tucked away under some pines. Easy to get trailer in and out. Quiet and really just an easy overnight stay. Beautiful area and gorgeous horses running the perimeter.
