We LOVED our stay at Idyllic Montana! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay along a river in Montana. Very private spots and hope we can stay again in the future!
Wonderful location and was a very easy drive from where we live. The property was well taken care of and perfectly set right next to the water. We stayed at site 2 which was tucked away from the main road and had a very secluded feel. Although we brought our own, it was nice to have chairs and tables available for us. Katie is very kind and responded to all of our questions promptly. The first night of our stay, there were a few dogs barking and howling through the night which made our own dog want to bark back. The second night was much quieter and we could really hear the water running. We would highly recommended using this site as we will most likely return ourselves in the future.
Amazing camping spot!
This is a fantastic spot! We stayed in site #1. There was river access that was shallow enough to walk across and in other parts deep enough to cool off from the heat. The field is very well maintained with gorgeous views. We saw nine deer while we were there! The spots are incredibly spaced out, but we had the place to ourselves so we got to walk between the two sites with our toddler. We would definitely go back!
Very nice and comfortable site. it was quiet upon arrival and afternoon. However, neighboring dogs barked most of the night and morning used earplugs. It was not as expected, Not quiet at all, not worth the price.
Site #1 area was really nice. Native grasses were mowed around the very spacious site and was well kept, firewood was present and all my expectations were met. All tennants should be aware of the possibility of grizzly bear in area and prepare accordingly. During my stay I did not encouter any bear. Keep your camp site in good order, store food properly will eliminate alot of wildlife issues
